Justin Toohey (he/him)
Justin Toohey is a highly skilled dispute resolution professional with over 20 years of mediation, management and legal experience. Justin has run major dispute programs for key government agencies including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), the Office of the Information Commissioner (QLD), and the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC). Justin was appointed as a director of the Resolution Institute in 2023 and as a Member of the new Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) in 2024. Justin’s leadership in dispute process design and innovation have been recognised through a number of awards including the Courts and Tribunals ADR Team of the Year and the Pauline Griffin Prize for Managing People and Organisations.

Shiv Martin (she/her)
Shiv Martin is a nationally accredited mediator, practicing lawyer, statutory decision maker and certified vocational trainer. She has engaged in complex dispute resolution in the government and legal sectors for over 10 years. As a trainer, Shiv has a unique and diverse set of expertise in Law, Management, Vocational Education and Mediation. Shiv is a leading online dispute resolution practitioner and has partnered with MODRON in introducing and supporting dispute resolution practitioners in transitioning to online dispute resolution platforms. Shiv also runs her own practice, Conflict Services and conducts private mediations and facilitations.
